How to Place an order
1. Call Customer Service toll free at 888-743-2738. From outside the U.S. call 831-457-1200 (Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time)
2. Fax your order to 831-457-1250. If you are a new customer, please include your resale number.
3. Existing customers may email orders to orders@sheapet.com if we have your payment information on file.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.
Minimum Orders
We have a 12 piece minimum. All products come in cases of 12, but we will mix and match.
Terms
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or COD only. For COD orders company checks are accepted upon approval by our credit department. There is a $8.50 COD charge per COD order.
Shipping Charges
All shipping originates from Santa Cruz, CA.
We use FedEx Ground for most shipments within the 48 contiguous states.
For orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states or for special shipping needs please call 831-457-1200 for a price quote
Return Policy
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Please email customerservice@sheapet.com or call customer service at 831-457-1200 immediately.
