How to Place an Order
1. Call Customer Service at 415-255-8388 (Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time)
2. Fax your order to 415-520-4288. If you are a new customer, please include a copy of your resale card and be sure to include an address to which United Parcel Service (UPS) can deliver.
3. Existing customers may email orders to orders@sheapet.com if we have your payment information on file.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.
Minimum Orders
We have a 12 piece minimum. All products come in cases of 12, but we will mix and match.
Terms
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) or cashier's checks and certified money orders only.
Shipping Charges
All shipping originates from San Francisco, California.
We use FedEx Ground for most shipments within the 48 contiguous states.
For orders to be shipped outside the 48 contiguous states or for special shipping needs please call 415-255-8388 for a price quote
Return Policy
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Please email customerservice@sheapet.com or call customer service at 415-255-8388 immediately.
